Grief is a funny emotion; everyone deals with it differently, whether that be through laughter, through tears or with anger. But the most difficult choice you have to make with grief is whether to hold on or let go.
3 weeks ago my Grandma decided to let go of her life after 87 years; she lost her husband at a young age, but lived her life to the full, exploring the world and recounting the stories to her 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
While we all take the steps to get over the great hole that now feels all to apparent in our lives, one day we will move on and realize she enjoyed every minute of her life and we should too.
When you love someone, making the decision to move on can seem almost impossible. But they don't say time is great healer for no reason.
